Participation in the corporate and open team challenge is available and is an important part of the event's financial success. Your friends, family and co-workers will be glad to step out against child abuse by forming a team of at least three people with at least one female participant.

TEAM GOAL
Each team member is encouraged to donate a minimum of $10 above the registration fee. Because the Wrigley Start Early Run is a pledge run and walk, the ideal team goal is to raise an average of $100 per person. Registration fees will be waived with a contribution of $75 or more.

TEAM REGISTRATION

• Teams must be registered.
• Each individual team member also must register.
• You can also pre-register your team at one of our pre-registration sites the week before the event.
• On-site registration will be available for teams on the day of the run if your team cannot pre-register in advance. You must pre-register before the day of the event to be chip-timed. No chip-timed registrations will be accepted on race day.

• Corporate 5K (coworkers)
• Corporate 10K (coworkers)
• Open 5K (friends, family, neighbors, school, etc.)
• Open 10K (friends, family, neighbors, school, etc.)

Award Number 1: Highest Number of Team Participants (one award per category)
  1. Corporate Team

Award Number 2: Highest Overall Race Time (one award per category)
  1. Corporate Team 10K
  2. Corporate Team 5K
  3. Open Team 10K
  4. Open Team 5K

Award Number 3: Greatest Amount of Money Raised (one award per category)
  1. Corporate Team
  2. Open Team

INDIVIDUAL AWARDS
In addition to the team awards listed above, the most successful team captain will be awarded a special commemorative plaque.

Runners:

Medals will be awarded to the overall winners in the Wrigley Start Early 5K Run and 10K Run as well as the top three men and women in the following five-year age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 and up.

All Participants:

• All registered running participants will receive a DRI-FIT race t-shirt and all walking participants a long-sleeve cotton race t-shirt.
• Participants who collect $75 or more will have their registration fee waived.
• Participants who collect $150 or more will have their registration fee waived and receive a Wrigley Start Early Run sweatshirt
• Participants who collect $250 or more will receive a $25 Fleet Feet Sports gift card
• Participants who collect $500 will receive a sports heart rate monitor watch
• Participants who collect $1000 or more will receive a portable DVD player
