Split Times
Large digital clocks will be at miles 3, 5 and the finish line for the 10K and miles 1, 2 and the finish line for the 5K.

Gear Check
Gear will be checked by your race number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Water & First Aid
Water will be available at the start, finish and on course. An ALS ambulance will be on hand.

Awards & Medals
Medals will be awarded to the overall male and female winners for the 5K and 10K runs in a special ceremony following the run. Overall winners also will receive a Fleet Feet Sports gift certificate. The top three male and female runners in the following age groups of the 5K and 10K runs can pick-up their awards following the ceremony: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 and over. No chip-timed registrations will be accepted on race day.
