RACE COURSE
A new, wider USATF-Certified Course, run out-and-back along Lincoln Park paths between Diversey (5K) and Irving Park (10K), starting on Stockon Drive. Bikes and skates are not permitted in either run. Runners with dogs or strollers may not run competitively and must stay behind competitive runners.
SPLIT TIMES
Large digital clocks will be at miles 3, 5 and the finish line for the 10K and miles 1, 2 and the finish line for the 5K.
GEAR CHECK
Gear will be checked by your race number.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
WATER & FIRST AID
Water will be available at the start, finish and on course. An ALS ambulance will be on hand.
AWARDS & MEDALS
Medals will be awarded to the overall male and female winners for the 5K and 10K runs in a special ceremony following the run. Overall winners also will receive a Fleet Feet Sports gift certificate. The top three male and female runners in the following age groups of the 5K and 10K runs can pick-up their awards following the ceremony: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 and over. PARKING & PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
