Runners will then turn around and head south back to Museum Campus. 5K runners will head north at this point to finish this run while the 10K runners will continue along park paths and go almost as south as Soldier Field. They will then turn around north towards Museum Campus and follow park paths to the finish line on the sidewalk of Columbus Drive. The 1-Mile Pledge walk will also start on the sidewalk of Columbus Drive, but head north to Balbo, continue west on sidewalk of Balbo, head south on sidewalk of Michigan before jumping onto park paths that lead to Columbus and Roosevelt. Walkers will then follow the sidewalk of Columbus Drive to the finish line (same place that the runners finish). All paths are very scenic and allow participants to fully embrace the lakeshore and Chicago's beautiful skyline.
